A gorgeous traycloth, beautifully-embroidered. The fabric appears to be a linen/cotton mixture, and is embroidered with daisies in white, and shades of yellow, with a trellis of little blue flowers. Edges finished with a drawn threadwork hem.
Beautifully-crocheted and in lovely condition, this tea cosy cover would need a lining before going over your tea pot! Make a simple one from fleece fabric, or put the cover over an existing one! The design is of vine leaves and is very classic and simple, to go with any decor.
This table runner needs a darn in a couple of places, but is in good condition otherwise. The hand-embroidery on a heavy weight linen has retained the original colours well and would make an ideal runner for the Christmas table. It measures 125cm long by 75cm wide.
A length of old French linen - approximately 2.7 metres long by 79cm wide. (Guess it was 3 x 1 before its first wash!) It is a finely woven linen, ecru in colour with a red strip as a border on all 4 sides. In good condition.
This little antique lampshade is printed onto a very fine linen/cotton mixture, ready to be embroidered with Broderie Anglais. It was produced in 1906 and is, therefore, too fragile to be used in this way. I would recommend having it professionally framed - it will certainly look beautiful and be a talking point.
